St. Thomas. Sunnyvale, California, is seeking a part-time Music Director. St Thomas is a welcoming Episcopal parish. Its music ministry centers on a 8 to 12 person volunteer choir, thoughtful hymn singing, and music that supports the rhythm of the liturgical year. Working collaboratively with the Rector, accompanist and parish staff, the Music Director will nurture a joyful and well-prepared choir, encourage confident congregational singing, and help shape a music program that deepens worship and builds community.
Additional information:
Salary range is $30 to $40 per hour (commensurate with experience) for a 10 to 20 hour week, on average.
