First Presbyterian Church of San Leandro is eagerly seeking an additional part-time organist to play approximately one-third of the weekly Sunday morning worship services and possibly selected special services during the year. In addition to playing standard, traditional service music, the organist may occasionally accompany the choir or soloists. 

The organ is a three-manual hybrid with AGO pedalboard. The digital Johannes Model 370 console was installed in 2016, replacing the original Swain and Kates console. This hybrid combination retains the 13 ranks of pipes and adds the digital equivalent of 50 ranks, for a total resource of 63 ranks, providing a full, rich depth of sound.

The congregation enthusiastically appreciates having the organ support our worship services, which are non-liturgical and feature hearty singing of traditional hymns and service music. Our beautiful, classic church is located in downtown San Leandro at 180 Estudillo Avenue, easily accessible from either I-880 or I-580, with free parking.

The Episcopal Church of the Incarnation in Santa Rosa, California, seeks a Director of Music to lead our adult Parish Choir, play organ and piano for Sunday worship, and partner with the rector in liturgical planning.
